THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE:
Massage is a beautiful healing art enjoyed by many today who recognize its value in de-stressing and clearing away day-to-day anxieties. Treating yourself to regular massages helps to keep stress levels at bay and goes some way towards preventing the development of illness that are often stress-related.
REFLEXOLOGY: (One Hour Treatment)
Reflexology is based on the idea that the whole body and its systems are reflected in specific areas of the feet. The treatment involves pressure and massage to these specific reflex points of the feet.
REIKI: (One Hour Treatment)
Reiki is a Japanese word representing 'universal life energy'. Reiki, when activated and applied for the purpose of healing addresses the body, mind and spirit. There are many benefits of reiki, mainly a sense of relaxation and well-being. Reiki has a positive effect on all ailments.
HOPI EAR CANDLING:
This ancient treatment works by drawing all the impurities of the body and up the hollow candle as it burns. It is used for headaches, migraines, sinusitis, and ear nose and nose problems, to name but a few. The lymph system can be favourably influenced by this intensive but pleasant and completely painless method of local heat application.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE:
Indian head massage is a relaxing therapy involving massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face. It provides relief from aches, pains and symptoms of stress. It promotes hair growth, soothes, comforts and rebalances the skin and provides a sense of deep calm and tranquility. Indian head massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system, practiced in India for over a thousand years. This experience will make you feel as though you are floating.
