Pregnancy Massage
Due to the huge changes that occur in the body during pregnancy,(for example the added weight of the baby) pressure is increased on the lower back and neck areas. Therefore, during pregnancy, massage has a lot of benefits such as helping to relieve lower back and neck pain, reducing water retention, soothing swollen ankles and also helps to improve circulation which reduces the risk of varicose veins.
